Charles Sturt University Education Virtual Library

The Library of Congress: State Library Web Listing
Developed in cooperation with the American Library Association (ALA) and the Chief Officers of State Library Agencies (COSLA), this page brings together links to U.S. state libraries, state library agencies, state library networks, and state library commissions.

NASA Center Libraries
Visit this great space library collection, which includes scientific, engineering, and technical data available electronically and in print. Their archive houses the historical and photographic repository of the American Space Program.

The WWW Virtual Library
The VL is the oldest catalog of the Web, started by Tim Berners-Lee, the creator of the Web itself. Unlike commercial catalogs, this is run by a loose confederation of volunteers who compile pages of key links for particular areas in which they are expert. Even though it isn't the biggest index of the web, the VL pages are widely recognized as being amongst the highest-quality guides to particular sections of the Web.
